Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tim had an inherent curiosity for the melting pot of culture and innovation all around him. He set out to extend the frontiers of science at UC Berkeley where he analyzed molecular dynamic simulations of Alzheimer’s disease proteins. Upon completing a degree in Chemical Biology, he explored behavioral therapy in kids diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. Tim continued mastering his lab technique a prominent Bay Area biotech company where he got involved with their SEM efforts and also volunteered teaching at local classrooms. He developed a keen interest for big data, its analysis, and its relation to consumer behavior. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing with his pit bull, reading, and driving along the coast. He currently serves on the Board of Managers for the YMCA of the East Bay.
